Behind the beach is Northam Burrows Country Park where visitors can enjoy quiet walks amongst the sand dunes and watch the golfers too. Slightly further afield and yet still all within five miles of the property there is plenty to see and do including a day trip to the market town of Bideford a quick visit to the traditional fishing village of Appledore and The Big Sheep family adventure park which is a guaranteed day out. On arriving at this four-storey property guests will be able to immediately relax and feel at home in this beautifully finished accommodation. This carefully styled house is complete with the finest touches to ensure a home-from-home experience for everyone that'stays here. On the lower-ground floor is the first of two spacious reception rooms which takes the form of a lounge/kitchen/diner. Stairs lead to the ground floor where there is a sEcond lounge with breath taking sea views TV/DVD hi-fi and gas fire. Also on this floor is a convenient cloakroom with WC. On the first floor of the property are two bedrooms the first of which is a stylish king-size room with its own balcony and an en-suite shower room with WC. The main bathroom is located on this floor offering a bath and WC. The sEcond first-floor bedroom is a lovely twin room which can be made up as another king-size on request. The final two bedrooms are located on the sEcond floor which again offers a king-size room with a balcony en-suite shower and WC and a twin room. Outside the property has a number of wonderfully relaxing spaces from which to enjoy the views.
