This pretty cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the Lake District and offers accommodation sleeping seven. The heart of the house is the open-plan lounge/diner with its beamed ceiling slate floor and stone fireplace which now houses the wood burner. The two comfortable sofas allow guests to relax whilst watching the TV and DVD or perhaps enjoying one of the selection of provided books or board games. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and access through to the sunny conservatory with its wicker chairs and patio windows leading out to the garden. There is also a handy wet room with walk-in shower and WC on the ground floor. Taking the stairs to the first floor guests will find the master bedroom with its king-size bed as well as a double room a twin room and finally a bunk-bedroom. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and has a shower over the bath and WC. Outside the property benefits from an attractive rear garden with table and chairs from which guests may like to enjoy alfresco meals or simply admire the view of the valley.
