The Cow Shed is a welcoming, detached property located on the edge of the Kingcombe National Nature Reserve Lower Kingcombe, near Maiden Newton, Dorset. The property is owned and run by Dorset Wildlife Trust and is located within the grounds of Kingcombe Visitor Centre. The Cow Shed, a cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a first-floor dining room, a utility with washing machine, books, and a boot room. Dowstairs, there are 1 single and two twin bedrooms, all en-suite. Upstairs, there are additional four twin bedrooms, all with en-suites equipped with walk-in showers. In addition there are two single bedrooms one of which has a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, the other with a ensuite. Outside, there is a communal lawn with furniture and off-road parking. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.4 miles pub 3.5 miles, river 0.2 miles, lake 0.6 miles. Return year after year to The Cow Shed. Note: The property is located within the grounds of a visitor center. Please Note: Additional space is available for hire near the Cowshed during your stay.
