The cottage can sleep nine people in five bedrooms, four with en-suite facilities, one ground floor king-size double, two double, one single and one with sofa bed as well as ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is roadside parking and a front and rear courtyard with furniture and barbeque. 175 Brighton Road is a superb base for exploring this part of the country.

Restricted 2 hour roadside parking outside property on first come, first served basis. Private enclosed front courtyard with garden and furniture. Private enclosed rear courtyard with garden, furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Beach opposite.
