Set across the courtyard these cottages are perfect to let together with living space being very spacious and equipped for up to 6 people. Positioned within a rural hamlet perfect for those wanting peace and tranquillity with only a 15 minute drive to the centre of Barnstaple which has a vibrant array of leisure facilities and a huge selection of pubs restaurants and shops. Walking and cycling on the Tarka Trail is within easy reach. You will be ideally situated for touring all that the West country has to offer from the rugged landscapes of Dartmoor and Exmoor to breathtaking beaches and coastlines including Westward Ho! Croyde Saunton and renowned Woolacombe. For the golfers there are a number of nearby golf courses and driving ranges. Other interesting places nearby include Tapeley Park Cobbaton Combat Museum Dartington Crystal and Arlington Court. Further along the coast to Cornwall are the popular tourist destinations of The Eden Project Padstow and Newquay with their wealth of galleries restaurants picturesque harbours and beautiful golden sandy beaches. We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.
