We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property THIS QUAINT COTTAGE IS PERFECTLY LOCATED FOR TOURING THE AREA SLEEPS 2 1 This charming freshly renovated single storey detached property sits next to the owner s thatched cottage within the sleepy hamlet of Coombelake nestled within the rolling Devonshire countryside. Located 1 mile from Ottery St Mary famous for its flaming tar barrels in November and offering a host of shops tea rooms and restaurants. The historic picturesque estates of Escot and Cadhay are less than 1 mile either side of the property and are worth a visit as are the popular Otter Nurseries and Joshua s Farm Shop located nearby. Exeter and Taunton are approximately half an hour away offering many attractions shopping centres theatres restaurants train and bus stations. The coastal resort of Sidmouth is approximately 7 miles away with other resorts including Branscombe Lyme Regis and Exmouth within reach. For walkers the South West Coast Path is at your disposal.
