We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

This delightful barn conversion occupies a hillside setting in the owners grounds surrounded by beautiful countryside with many footpaths and is situated 1.5 miles from the village of Sidbury. This is the ideal base for guests looking to explore this part of Devon which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Jurassic Coast a World Heritage Site spanning 95 miles of the Dorset coastline and taking in some of the very finest walks and views available is within easy reach. Popular local beaches include Beer Branscombe and Sidmouth. Exmouth and Lyme Regis are both within 17 miles of the property. There are excellent pubs and restaurants in the area. Local attractions include Crealy near Exeter Pecorama the caves in Beer Bicton Gardens and the Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth. Outside: large patio door from lounge area leads to elevated decked area with stunning views over the valley below seating and brick BBQ. Steps from decking lead down to enclosed lawn area. Amenities: parking for 2 cars (maximum) immediately outside the property. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and limited wi-fi included. Smoking is permitted outside only. Regret that due to the steep stairs leading up to the mezzanine level the property is not suitable for babes in arms. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome but please bring your own towels to dry muddy paws.
