We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The picturesque cathedral city of Exeter is a also a short drive away and is a must see when coming to this part of the world with its cobbled streets and beautiful architecture. In the evenings why not relax at the property or visit one of the many local pubs serving good food. This semi-detached renovated barn has been lovingly converted to retain real charm and provides accommodation for two people. Served by a private log boiler and solar panels you can rest easy knowing your holiday will have minimal impact on the environment.
