We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park and close to the Somerset border an ideal centre for much to do and explore ranging from shops traditional market towns good pubs riding golf tennis shooting and fishing with other attractions to suit all tastes including Diggerland Wimbleball Reservoir historic Exeter City with its museums leisure facilities restaurants high street shops cinema theatre and much more.
