We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS APARTMENT OVERLOOKING STUNNING PRIVATE GARDENS AND TEA ROOM This little gem is situated in a special private garden covering some 20 acres with 3 lakes. Created in the 1950 s the vision and inspiration of the late Dr Jimmy Smart VMH it provides a haven in which to relax and enjoy plants shrubs trees views and woodland areas. The gardens are famous for the largest collection of Camellias in the country. Guests staying at the apartment can enjoy spectacular views of the garden and lakes from their living room or if you prefer sit in the award winning tea room which offers light refreshments throughout the day. If you can bear to tear yourself away from this tranquil idyll then there is much to see and do nearby the coastal villages and towns of Braunton Croyde Woolacombe Lynmouth Lynton Ilfracombe are all within a 30 minute drive. The National Trust property Arlington Court is just 3 miles and Knighthayes Court is a 45 minute drive. The accommodation is set on one level and offers ONE zip-and-link double (which can be made into a twin on request)with IPod dock. Bathroom: with bath electric shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: with fabulous views woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave.
