We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The barns have been transformed from former farm buildings with great care and attention paid to ensure the highest specification; character features such as beams and stonework have been exposed. A short distance to the many leisure facilities family attractions and huge selection of bars restaurants cafes and pubs in the regional centre of Barnstaple. The glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! is a 15 minute drive. The surfing paradise of Croyde Woolacombe and Saunton are a little further being about a 1 hour drive. The farm is surrounded by farmland which visitors are welcome to walk and explore. There are a number of circular walks direct from the property which takes in the excellent Hunters Inn at the nearby village of Newton Tracey being less than 4 miles away and serving good food it is an ideal way to build up your appetite. All in all an ideal holiday location. Farm activities: come and see the horses ducks chickens and cats. Visitors are welcome to feed the ducks see the owners horses by arrangement or walk over the owners farmland which includes a nature trail along a small river or sit and watch the wildlife by the lakes. Outside: large communal lawn area which visitors are encouraged to use and is ideal for ball games. Picnic area. Amenities: the properties have ample parking close to them.
