We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Affording fabulous far-reaching views over surrounding countryside and towards the Purbeck Hills and Corfe Castle it is ideal for couples or small families looking to explore the stunning Dorset coastline with a huge variety of attractions and amenities nearby including Poole The Jurassic Coast Lulworth Cove Weymouth Portland and Abbotsbury to name a few. The golden beaches at Bournemouth Shell Bay and Swanage are all a convenient drive away as are Corfe Castle Monkey World the Bovington Tank Museum and Dorchester. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with a Velux 3 dormers and a large west facing feature panoramic window overlooking a horse paddock and superb sunsets making the accommodation light and airy. Lounge area with leather double seater reclining sofas reclining armchair TV/DVD and Wi-Fi. A selection of books and games are provided. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric cooker and hob under counter fridge/freezer washer/dryer dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with oak table and chairs.
