We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property WONDERFUL ESTUARY VIEWS AND COUNTRYSIDE WALKS WORKING FARM WITH 50 ACRES Beautifully positioned former hayloft set on a peaceful working farm 1 mile from a sandy beach. You can take a stroll directly from the farm along the Exe Estuary Footpath / Cycle Track to Dawlish Warren Starcross Exeter and all around the Exe Estuary to Exmouth via Topsham. Located less than 1 mile from the property you can also find Cockwood Village and there a couple of excellent harbour side pubs serving sea food. Many birds some quite rare visiting the local fields and nearby nature reserve. Bring your binoculars! Jump on the Starcross Ferry (Easter - October) or try one of the many boat trips and estuary cruises on offer. Walks direct from the farm or visit the attractions close by such as Dawlish Teignmouth the market town of Newton Abbot Dartmoor or nearby Powderham Castle. The first floor open-plan studio style living accommodation is accessed via external steps and offers: Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: with distant estuary views this is a large L shaped room with original beams exposed stonework and a small electric fire.
