We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property NESTLING IN THE ORIGINAL PART OF THE VILLAGE AN IDEAL BASE FOR TOURING THE AREA This converted detached former school house is situated in the old part of the village of Tedburn St Mary and is a perfect choice for touring Devon. A 20 minute drive will take you into the heart of the historic county city of Exeter with its Cathedral shops pubs and leisure facilities. Rugged Dartmoor is a must for walkers and this is also a short drive. The beaches on the south coast offer a range of sheltered coves and long sandy beaches. Other attractions worth a visit include Crealy Devon Castle Drogo Buckfastleigh and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Enjoy some lovely countryside walks direct from the property or visit the two village inns serving good food. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room with WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious and well-equipped with TV DVD iPod dock. Kitchen area with cooker microwave fridge and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden with seating. Amenities: allocated parking space. Bed linen electric towels and underfloor heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 15 miles pub and shop within 1 mile. Arrival time: 3:00pm.
