We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Offering couples or small families an idyllic holiday retreat yet enabling easy exploration of both the North and south coasts of Cornwall. Walkers will be in their element with farmland surrounding the property and the adjacent Bodmin Moor where a wide variety of birdlife and animals can often be seen. The pretty coastal towns and villages on the north coast are well worth the short drive. Port Isaac and Padstow are approximately 19 miles from Padstow quayside you can enjoy a bite to eat at one of the many cafes or bars including TV chef Rick Stein s bistro or restaurant. You can also catch the passenger ferry over the estuary to the beautiful sandy beach at Rock. There is so much to see and do in this glorious area of North Cornwall including the National Trust property at Lanhydrock and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. For visitors who want to stay closer to home less than a 5 minute drive is the historic Jamaica Inn made famous by Daphne Du Maurier s novel of the same name where you can enjoy good food and a drink or two.
