We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COSY DETACHED COTTAGE WITH TAMAR LAKES IN WALKING DISTANCE Peaceful and relaxing this pretty cottage has been finished to a very high standard with wooden flooring throughout. Set on the lane of a small working farm with lots of lovely walks direct from the grounds it is ideal for couples looking for a rural retreat. There is plenty to see and do in the area including visits to the popular Tamar Lakes which offer a variety of water sports and fishing as well as some excellent walking opportunities. The small sandy coves of Sandymouth and Duckpool and the larger beaches at Bude are just a short drive away. Other attractions in the area include RHS Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington the delightful fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly and pretty Instow where you can sit and relax in the sand dunes or hire bikes and cycle along the Tarka Trail. Slightly further afield but still within easy reach days out could include Cornwall s Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: accessed via an oak open-tread staircase with king-size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with large flatscreen TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob washing machine fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Outside: private enclosed suntrap patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.
