We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SECLUDED DEVONSHIRE BOLTHOLE WITH COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS The cottages is part of a small development of barn conversions with delightful rear-facing countryside views. The accommodation provides a cosy studio-style retreat retaining character features such as exposed beams and external stonework. This property is close to the magnificent North Devon/Cornwall coastline with its heritage cobbled cliff side village of Clovelly rugged Hartland Quay and sweeping sandy beaches. The area s many attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens Queens Theatre in Barnstaple and Dartington Crystal. The area is also good for walking the coast path and Tarka Trail which gives you many miles of safe tracks for both walking and cycling. The studio-style accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area open-plan with TV and DVD. Sleeping area has a double bed alternatively there is a sofa bed in the lounge area if you prefer.
