We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property A LOVELY BARN CONVERSION CLOSE TO THE BEACH OPEN TO SHORT BREAKS Formerly a working art studio for making stained glass windows this spacious single storey barn is within an enclosed plot in the garden of the main house. Guests will find this an ideal location for touring the whole of North Devon.You will be a 15 minute walk down the hill to the popular seaside resort of Westward Ho! which has 2 miles of golden sandy beach perfect for bathers surfers and sand castle makers.The spectacular cliff-top walks on the South West Coast Path take you to wonderful destinations like Bucks Mills and the cobbled village of Clovelly often used as film sets. Westward Ho! also boasts a championship golf course tennis courts shops pubs and restaurants. Other attractions well worth a visit include The Big Sheep RHS Rosemoor Gardens Tapeley Park Dartington Crystal National Trust s Arlington Court The Tarka Trail and more. In the evenings relax at the property in the patio area. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers ONE double bedroom with TV/DVD. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD cooker gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave washing machine and wi-fi available.
