We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property WORKING FARM PERFECT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING DORSET This semi-detached cottage is approached via a farm lane and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The rear of the cottage overlooks a working farm however privacy is assured. A perfect place to get away and unwind. The immediate area is ideal for walking and cycling as there are a wealth of bridleway footpaths to explore. Sherborne is a beautiful town and offers visitors an abundance of medieval buildings a superb Abbey castle and excellent shops. Dorchester is a market town with a rich and varied history it is home to the famous Thomas Hardy novels. Although slightly inland Dorchester is a great base from which to explore Dorset s Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site as well as the cosmopolitan resorts of Bournemouth and Poole. There are several attractions close by including Weymouth with its seafront beaches Sealife Centre and harbour Abbotsbury Swannery Lulworth Cove and Castle Durdle Door and Monkey World. The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers ONE bedroom: twin room. Shower room: wet room style with WC. Lounge: with woodburner effect electric fire TV/DVD Freeview and hi-fi.
