We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 9 BARN CONVERSIONS SITUATED ON EDGE OF EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK. SLEEPS 2 1. Located in a superb position surrounded by glorious countryside and far-reaching views. There is much to see and do in the area Tarr Steps is a pleasant 3 mile walk and there is also horse riding and fishing nearby. Dulverton is well worth a visit and has many good places to eat. The coast of North Devon is only a short drive away with the seaside towns of Lynton Lynmouth Porlock and others. There are excellent coastal walks especially through the Valley of the Rocks and from Heddons Mouth to Woody Bay. Amenities: private parking space immediately outside the cottage. Bed linen towels electric and night storage heating included. The properties are supplied with water from a spring. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 20 miles shop and pub 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm. The attached accommodation which also links to the old granary is situated all on one floor and offers ONE double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
