We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS OPEN-PLAN ANNEXE WITHIN A LOVELY VILLAGE LOCATION Situated next to the owners property with it own entrance and driveway this immaculate annexe was refurbished in 2015 and is a perfect getaway for couples. An ideal base for exploring Devon Somerset and Dorset. This picturesque village of Chardstock is situated 4 miles equal distance from the market town of Axminster famous for its Axminster Carpets and celebrity chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall s River Cottage and the market town of Chard in Somerset. The village is surrounded by farmland and woodland with plenty of footpaths for walks within the village and is within the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Attractions nearby include Forde Abbey Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre and Axe Valley Bird and Animal Park. Chardstock also has an annual street fair and tractor trundle. Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast is just a short drive away. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: 1 king-size with TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV and DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave washer/dryer and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: small enclosed decked area with garden furniture and disposable BBQ stand. Amenities: private parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 3 dogs welcome (dogs are to be kept downstairs). Regret no smoking. Location: beach 9 miles pubs and shop within walking distance.
