Most properties where dogs are welcome will allow them throughout, however please check the individual property description as some owners may request that they are restricted to a specific area i.e. kitchen or conservatory etc.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

There are lots to see and do nearby; plenty of pretty walks the disused railway line called The Tarka Trail where you can hire bikes and trikes for all ages rest a while and enjoy a drink or bite to eat at one of the many pubs along the trail. Other activities include clay-pigeon shooting quad biking and paintballing all within walking distance and golf which is nearby. Family theme parks such as The Milky Way and The Big sheep are always popular. On entering the front door you are greeted by an impressive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wooden flooring a warm and welcoming wood burner where a basket of logs is provided. Get comfortable on the leather sofa and watch the TV or catch a movie on the DVD player alternatively listen to your own choice of music on the music system. For those who enjoy cooking the kitchen is very well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The large bedroom is at one end of the property with a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) an additional single pull out bed can be placed in the same room on request there is a TV/DVD and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a spa bath with separate shower and WC. Heading outside from the lounge you can walk around the barn to your own garden area with garden furniture and shared play equipment of a swing and swing rings. At the front of the property is a bench where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun. There is ample off-road parking for two cars and a very handy electric vehicle charge point.
