We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED LODGE IN THE HEART OF THE DEVON COUNTRYSIDE HOT TUB WILL BE AVALIABLE FROM 12 AUGUST 2017 This delightful property has been purpose built and lovingly furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat for couples. Within easy reach of an array of public footpaths the famous Tarka Trail and the North Devon coast walkers and cyclists will be in their element. Outdoors and nature enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with both Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks within easy reach and each boasting some great hiking terrain and stunning flora and fauna. Alternatively those who enjoy beaches and watersports will only be a short drive from the beautifully rugged North Devon coast famed for its sand and surf and both Meldon Reservoir and Roadford Lake offering fishing and walks. There are also numerous traditional market towns and villages to explore in the area such as Hatherleigh and Great Torrington. Other attractions and places of interest nearby include RHS Rosemoor Dartington Crystal and Tapeley Park. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner and TV. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed decked balcony with seating directly outside the property and gravelled patio area with seating BBQ and lawn area. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 large or 2 small dogs welcome. Location: beach 16 miles shop 2 miles and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 3:30pm.
