Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COSY COTTAGE IN PRETTY COASTAL VILLAGE. This well-equipped refurbished cottage sits adjacent to the owners impressive Georgian home yet where your privacy is assured. A short walk to the local traditional thatched inn or gastropub makes this an ideal destination for couples. The coastal path is close by and easily accessible where you can enjoy clifftop walks and fabulous views. Lots to see and do in the area to suit all tastes Tapeley Park RHS Rosemoor Gardens or take a boat trip on The Oldenburg to Lundy Island to name but a few. The 2 miles of golden sands with rock pools and pebble ridge to explore at Westward Ho! are just a 5 minute drive. The cute accommodation retains many charming and character features including exposed stonework and beams offering ONE double bedroom: with 2 steps down to stylish en-suite shower room: with WC. The en-suite also houses the washing machine. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV wood burner (first basket of logs included) and Wi-Fi available. Dining area. Kitchen area with electric oven/hob fridge with ice box microwave and dishwasher. Outside: enclosed garden with patio and lawn. Seating and BBQ adjacent to the property. Amenities: allocated parking and private off road parking for 1 car is available adjacent to the property. Bed linen towels electric and underfloor heating included. 1 pet welcome. Regret no smoking.
