We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 2 CONVERTED BARNS SITUATED IN A BEAUTIFUL PART OF NORTH DEVON These delightful properties nestle adjacent to a working farm and in the grounds of the owners home where a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured. With access to fields that run down to a pretty riverbank and the beach a short drive they provide a perfect holiday base. The immediate area is haven for wildlife with deer kingfishers otters badgers and foxes often being spotted. You will also only be a short drive from the beautiful Devon and Cornwall coastline with its spectacular towering cliffs rocky shorelines and long stretches of sandy beaches. The area provides wonderful walking opportunities with the coastal path and the famous Tarka Trail perfect for walking and cycling. Other attractions in the area include Hartland Quay and the picturesque village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled street leading to the harbour RHS Rosemoor Gardens Tapeley Park Gardens Exmoor and Dartmoor The Milky Way and The Big Sheep. Leisure facilities: fishing on site please bring your own rods. Play facilities: giant outdoor chess set. Farm activities: children are welcome to collect the eggs from the free range hens and feed the chickens by prior arrangement with the owner. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: free range eggs for sale. Location: beach 5 miles pub 4 miles and shop 2 miles. The accommodation is arranged on one level accessed via a ramp and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite wetroom and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV DVD and iPod dock. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: small decked patio with seating to the side of the property and small gravelled patio area to the front. Arrival: 4.30pm.
