We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SET WITHIN A DELIGHTFUL RIVERSIDE VILLAGE This stylish former hayloft sits in a peaceful courtyard next to the former rectory in the centre of this idyllic area which stands on the banks of the River Torridge. Walking distance of the traditional pub which serves local ales and food and is dog friendly. The nearby town of Bideford offers shops pubs restaurants and day trips to Lundy Island. It is perfect for walkers with woodland walks and an abundance of wildlife on the doorstep and only a stone s throw from the Tarka Trail where you can enjoy traffic-free walking and cycling. Close by is Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of golden sands or visit Torrington which offers shops golf and indoor swimming pool The Plough Arts Centre which houses a cinema and theatre and Dartington Crystal where you can watch glass being blown and even have a go yourself. Leisure facilities: Children s play area within walking distance. This first floor accommodation offers ONE bedroom: king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with Smart TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with Smart TV/DVD CD/iPod doc and Juliet balcony with views across the countryside. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: with washer/dryer on the ground floor. Outside: enclosed courtyard garden with seating area and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome.
