We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The popular towns of Poole and Bournemouth are within easy reach with Poole being famed for its suburb of Sandbanks with its golden beach. A wealth of attractions are within easy reach including Corfe Castle Monkey World Kingston Lacy and nearby Gorcombe Farm offering a host of activities including paintball archery fishing and off-road vehicle experiences. For those wishing to explore Dorset and the wider countryside the Jurassic Coast (designated as a World Heritage site) Lulworth Cove and Weymouth are definitely worth a visit. Other local activities include golf and walking with many routes and footpaths being accessible direct from the property. The first floor open-plan accommodation offers ONE bedroom: several steps define the super king-size bedroom with TV from the living accommodation and you will have the luxury of a dressing area. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and CD/Radio. Outside: enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome further by arrangement. Regret no smoking within the property. Additional info: washing and drying facility available through the owners. The property has been converted in the eaves of the building so there are some sloping ceilings.
