We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

With easy access to both coasts offering a unique holiday experience. Set in traditional farm land with outside space to absorb the peace and tranquillity. Centrally located between the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House in the centre of Cornwall. To the south are the coastal towns of Fowey Looe and Charlestown. To the North lies the ever popular destinations of Port Isaac (famed in the TV show Doc Martin) Padstow Polzeath one of the countries surfing hot spots and the lovely village of Rock. From the cottage you can visit the local village pubs at Lanivet Luxulyan and Lanlivery. Attractions include the cycling at Cardinham National Lobster Hatchery Newquay Zoo Karting at St Eval many National Trust properties and 18 hole golf course in Bodmin. Leisure facilities: hot tub.
