We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

In the evening you can either relax in the private garden star gaze from the hot tub or visit one of the many local pubs serving good food including a dog-friendly pub within walking distance. Leisure facilities: hot tub. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom super king-size with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with electric fire TV and DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge with ice compartment microwave and washing machine. Outside: private secure garden lawn area large patio with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome further by arrangement.
