We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Situated on the edge of the Quantocks an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty walkers can enjoy routes to suit all levels of ability. Exmoor famous for its wild ponies red deer spectacular scenery and idyllic villages such as Dunster is also just a short drive away and golfers can partake in a game at The Championship Links Golf Course at Burnham-on-Sea and Enmore Park Golf Course. There is also a choice of beaches close-by including the pretty resorts of Watchet Brean and Blue Anchor to the north and Lyme Regis to the south. Other attractions within a short drive include Clarks Village Cheddar Gorge Wookey Hole Roman Bath Glastonbury Hestercombe Gardens and numerous National Trust properties. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: king-size. Shower room: with shower and WC. 2 steps down from bedroom to lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV/DVD woodburner(first basket of logs included) feature vaulted ceiling with exposed beams far reaching views and bi-folding doors to the patio in the lounge area. Kitchen area modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob fridge microwave and dishwasher. Outside: enclosed garden with eco wood-fired hot tub (first basket of logs included) lawn patio area garden furniture BBQ and lockable storage for bicycles and outdoor equipment. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property.
