We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SINGLE LEVEL PROPERTY SET WITHIN 30 ACRES WITH BREATHTAKING SURROUNDINGS REGRET NO CHILDREN OR BABIES The cosy accommodation has been renovated with great care and is in a perfect location for enjoying the countryside making the ideal touring base for discovering Dorset Devon and Somerset. You can walk around the grounds swim in the outdoor pool or enjoy the nearby hotel facilities. Located on the Jurassic Coastal Path diversion with access to more than 250 miles of coastal walks and situated on the West Dorset/East Devon border in the coastal village of Charmouth. Both Charmouth beach and the historic World Heritage site of Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb harbour bright boats narrow streets and fossil rich cliffs good choice of shops Inns restaurants and cafes are only a short distance away. Sidmouth Seaton and the old fishing village of Beer are nearby.There are many attractions including Pecorama Beer Caves Seaton Tramway Crealy Bicton Park Burrows Farm Gardens Killerton and Knightshayes Court. Leisure facilities: heated outdoor swimming pool (open Easter September weather dependant). The studio style accommodation is compact and quirky in design yet has everything you need and offers a bright open-plan lounge/diner/sleeping area. The sleeping area has a Four poster double bed and an easy fold back screen if more space is required. The lounge area has a sofa armchair TV and radio. Storage is limited to a good size built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and small chest of drawers. The dining area has a table and seating for 2. Separate kitchen with electric hob and oven fridge with ice compartment. Shower room with shower and WC. Outside: shared lawn area and seating with BBQ area. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. 1 dog or 2 small dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: regret no children or babies. Limited internet access (dongle provided). Please be aware access to the property is either down a set of outside stairs to the small courtyard or via a longer flat path. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Location: beach pubs restaurants and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 3.30pm.
