We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property IN THE ROLLING COUNTRYSIDE WITH EASY ACCESS TO THE COAST Refurbished in 2015 this boutique style cottage is perfectly located only 1.5 miles inland from the picturesque Atlantic shore. The location provides a great base to explore the fine surroundings and attractions of both Devon and Cornwall. Fine beaches adorn the coastline with the local hot spots being Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay. To the north is the popular town of Bude which has some bistros independent shops and trendy cafes and to the south nestling between the cliffs lies the picturesque fishing village of Boscastle. A short drive away is the popular village of Port Isaac famed in the TV series Doc Martin. Attractions include King Arthur s Castle The Eden Project Crealy Adventure Park The Splash at Bude Lanhydrock estate and many fine National Trust properties and gardens. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner TV DVD and surround sound. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Outside: seating with bench and picnic table. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels (not beach towels) electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 2 miles pubs restaurants and shops within walking distance.
