We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CHARMING COTTAGE WITH VIEWS OVER THE RIVER Beautifully situated in a picturesque and secluded location on a quiet lane. This cottage enjoys magnificent views over the river and valley to the surrounding mountains. Retaining much of the original atmosphere and charm this refurbished stable conversion is finished to an exceptionally high standard. The property is situated 2 miles off the main route on a single track lane through the Trossachs. Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park is the perfect spot for a romantic relaxing break or an activity holiday. It is a haven for walkers or climbers with 20 Munros within the park. Nearby Loch Earn is Scotland s premier destination for water sports. Ideally placed for touring Scotland with has easy access to the West Coast Glencoe Stirling Glasgow and the lochs and glens of Highland Perthshire. The forest village of Strathyre has a shop and hotel and historic Balquhidder 2 miles has a renowned gourmet restaurant. Further facilities are 10 miles away in the pretty town of Callander. Leisure facilities: free private trout fishing on the nearby river and the adjacent lane is part of the National Cycle Network. The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge: with beamed ceiling log burner Sky TV IPod dock and CD player. Kitchen/diner: with log burner fridge/freezer washing machine dishwasher and microwave. 2 medium sized dogs welcome. Amenities: ample parking electric Wi-Fi bed linen and towels first basket of logs included (further supply available locally). Regret no smoking in the property. Location: local shops hotels and restaurants 2 miles. Arrival time: 4pm.
