We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

This stunning area is a haven for walkers and cyclists alike with the South West Coastal Path moorland and reservoirs easily accessible with fantastic routes and destinations to explore. Discover the sandy beaches and peaceful coves nearby and the picturesque coastal villages of Boscastle Port Isaac Padstow and Tintagel are must-see destinations when visiting this unique county. The small market town of Camelford is a short drive away and the coastal town of Bude offering a wide choice of amenities and two wonderful sandy beaches just 20 minutes drive away. Outside: small lawn area to the front of the property and compact patio area to the rear with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car directly outside the property. Bed linen towels electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome. Additional info: there is a stream running behind the property so please ensure children are supervised in this area. Location: beach 7 miles shop and pub 2 miles.
