We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 3 RURAL PROPERTIES LOCATED CLOSE TO DORSET BORDER These pretty cottages have been lovingly converted from an old dairy barn in 2015. Conveniently located on a 10 acre non-working farm in an area well-renowned for its beauty they provide a great base from which to explore this ever popular destination. The immediate area offers an abundance of pretty towns and villages such as Axminster and Beaminster. Perfectly placed you will only be a short drive from the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and here the seaside towns of Lyme Regis West Bay Beer and Burton Bradstock wait to be explored. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy the Somerset Levels Quantock and Blackdown Hills all offering picturesque walks cycling fishing or just strolling out on one of the network of public footpaths closer to home. Other attractions accessible from here include Clarks Village Longleat Safari Park Yeovilton Air Museum and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome (please kindly ensure that kept on a lead when on-site due to free-range chickens). Location: beach 15 miles selection of pubs shops and restaurants 2 miles. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: king-size with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD and feature bi-folding floor to ceiling glass doors providing access to the garden. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge. Outside: garden area with patio area garden furniture and BBQ.
