We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

BABES IN ARMS ONLY This beautifully presented property nestles in the grounds of a working family farm. Occupying an elevated position with patio area offering expansive countryside views it provides a perfect base for couples looking to relax and enjoy this beautiful part of Devon. The immediate area has been classified as being of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Thomas Hardy s Dorset and the Jurassic Coast between Lyme Regis and Charmouth are only a short drive away. The pretty unspoilt seaside towns of Sidmouth and Branscombe are also well worth a visit. You will also be ideally placed for exploring the stunning cathedral city of Exeter which boasts a wide selection of shops and eateries. There are also a number of National Trust properties in the area well worth a visit including the Killerton Estate. Food fanatics will not be disappointed with the area being known for some great produce and a choice of well renowned pubs close by. The studio style accommodation is arranged on one level accessed by a step from outside and offers ONE bedroom: double. Lounge/kitchen/diner: lovely open-plan living space with TV woodburner and logs included and patio doors to outside. Kitchen area fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob microwave and fridge. Shower room: with shower and WC. Outside: enclosed patio area (please just note that the fence is relatively open at the front) with garden furniture BBQ and countryside views. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: pub and village shop 3 miles.
