We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

A short walk from Princess Street and Waverley train station. Edinburgh is home to a variety of attractions to visit including the Royal Yacht Britannia National Portrait Gallery Edinburgh Castle and Dynamic Earth many of these attractions are all within walking distance. Edinburgh offers an unrivalled selection of shops cafes bars and restaurants including several Michelin-starred dining options. Holyrood Palace is only a short walk from the property as well as Arthurs Seat and Holyrood Park. The property is an ideal base to take in a Rugby event watch the Tattoo or attend the Fringe Festival which take place in the month of August. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with sofa bed TV and DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob fridge microwave washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: payable parking is available within walking distance. The apartment is also on the bus route from Edinburgh Airport. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 small or 1 medium dog welcome. Location: shops pubs and restaurants are all within the immediate vicinity. For larger parties the owner has a sister apartment directly opposite The Royal Mile Hideaway.
