Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in the Midlands It offers easy access to the picturesque villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden and the market towns of Evesham and Pershore along with Stratford upon Avon Cheltenham and Worcester which are only slightly further afield. There are a wealth of National Trust properties English Heritage sites and stately homes including Croome Hidcote Gardens Snowshill Manor Warwick Castle and Blenheim Palace nearby. For golfers the Vale Golf Club welcomes visitors is just a few miles away and there are other courses nearby. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Separate WC on the first floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV and DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and freezer. Outside: private courtyard with garden furniture.
