We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RURAL PROPERTY IN A GREAT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING WEST CORNWALL SLEEPS 2 1 This delightful cottage has been lovingly converted and furnished to provide a comfortable base for couples and small families. Nestling next to the main farmhouse in a secluded valley with views of Godolphin Hill and access to a public footpath walkers will be in their element. Surrounded by glorious countryside yet with rail links and even an airport close by you will be perfectly placed for touring. Stroll out from the property across neighbouring fields and within 15 minutes you can be enjoying a drink or meal at the local bar and skittle alley. Conveniently located the north and south coasts are both within 5 miles providing easy access to the golden sands of Hayle St Ives with a host of restaurants and galleries to enjoy including The Tate Marazion St Michaels Mount and the quaint fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole. Other attractions in the area include The Minack National Seal Sanctuary and Land s End. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twin on request) and additional single fold-away bed (that can be used to accommodate a child). Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: to the rear of the property a small enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Access to nearly 10 acres of gardens orchard terraces stream and woodland. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 small dog welcome (must kept on a lead when on site due to resident wildlife and pets). Location: beach and shops 4 miles and pub within walking distance.
