We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property APARTMENT ON THE COASTAL PATH WITH SUPERB SEA VIEWS REGRET NO CHILDREN This delightful apartment is set in an elevated position on the North Devon coast and adjacent to the owners own home and stained glass studio. Overlooking the sea and the Exmoor National Park. Once visited this location will entice you back time and time again. Offering a relaxing and peaceful retreat guests are welcome to wander the owner s large tiered hillside garden blooming with native plants and flowering shrubs. A variety of wildlife can often be spotted and there is a camp fire and seating area. From the lounge you can enjoy spectacular sea views. Walkers are accommodated for with many coastal and country walks. Directly across from the property is the coastal path and a public beach accessible by foot. Combe Martin is 0.5 miles downhill with its award winning Museum beach shops pubs pharmacy and garage. The accommodation which is accessed via an external flight of steps offers ONE bedroom/lounge: with king-size bed sea views TV/DVD and woodburner effect fire. Dining room: with daybed. Kitchen: with 2 ring hob combi microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Shower room: with WC. Outside: enclosed garden with sea view table and chairs. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no children. Regret no smoking. Guests also have access to the owners steep tiered garden to the rear of the property with high sea views. Location: beach club house small shop and takeaway within 200 yards.
