We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COSY STUDIO-STYLE COTTAGE IN CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR TOURING CORNWALL This pretty property is set in an idyllic rural location on the owners farm and is a perfect retreat for young and old alike who are looking for a relaxing rural escape. Within easy reach of both the A30 and A39 it provides a great base from which to tour the whole of Cornwall. Ideally situated for exploring the whole of Cornwall with beaches and sheltered coves to both the north and south. The popular north coast is littered with must-see destinations including Tintagel shrouded in the mystery and legend of King Arthur and his Round Table Knights the picture postcard Port Isaac famed as the setting of ITV s Doc Martin and with the picturesque beach and cove of Crackington Haven. Alternatively head over the border and in to Devon where you can enjoy Dartmoor National Park. Other attractions within easy reach include The Eden Project Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood access to the Camel Trail and Launceston Steam Railway. Leisure facilities: private hot tub.
