We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

A little further afield the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains the stunning Elan Valley and the literary town of Hay on Wye famed for its annual festival as well as an enviable number of National Trust Properties all within a 20 minute drive of the property. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: king-size with TV/DVD day bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV. Kitchen area with underfloor flagstone heating electric oven and induction hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Outside: patio area with table chairs and BBQ as well as a further patio with seating at the far side of the gardens. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels robes electric bio mass central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: children s play equipment available on request. Please note the property features traditional low beams with restricted head height upstairs. Regret no smoking. Location: shops 3 miles pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.
