Most properties where dogs are welcome will allow them throughout, however please check the individual property description as some owners may request that they are restricted to a specific area i.e. kitchen or conservatory etc.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RENOVATED GRANARY ON A FAMILY RUN SMALLHOLDING NEAR TO BEAUTIFUL COASTLINE Beautifully restored barn which is full of character with beams and traditional features. The property is set within 17 acres with far reaching rural views and scenic walking trails around the farm. Chickens sheep and cattle can be found grazing nearby. This idyllic tranquil property is also located near to coastal towns of Aberaeron New Quay and Llangrannog. These seaside towns with painted Victorian houses and harbours have a range of shops pubs and restaurants. The coastline is dotted with pretty villages and beaches to visit Penbryn the smugglers cove of Cwmtydu Aberporth and Cardigan or head inland to the historic market towns of Tregaron and Newcastle Emlyn. Visit the university town of Lampeter with museums galleries shops and restaurants. There are plenty of things to do from water sports to cycling and boat trips walking the wonderful Ceredigion coastal path the famous Dylan Thomas Trail or devouring the local Taste Trail. This is the perfect base for couples and holiday makers to explore the coast countryside and culture of Ceredigion. The studio-style accommodation offers lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: open-plan with wood burner (1st basket of logs included additional cost per basket thereafter) Satellite TV and DVD. Sleeping area has double bed. Well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. Utility room: shared with owners washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room: with shower and WC. Outside: terrace and enclosed garden with patio furniture. Amenities: ample parking.
