We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COSY COTTAGE SET IN DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK WITH SHARED USE OF HEATED SWIMMING POOL Set in the grounds of the owners home but where privacy is assured. This delightful detached stone cottage is within walking distance of the village pub and an ideal location from which to explore this beautiful part of Devon. Located within some of the finest and picturesque countryside. Guests will enjoy peace and quiet but are easily accessible and can explore Dartmoor National Park where you will have miles upon miles of unspoilt breathtaking views and walks over the rugged open moorland. The South Hams designated an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is littered with picture postcard towns including the popular seaside destinations of Dartmouth and Salcombe. For shoppers a visit to the well known Trago Mills is a must for those who are not familiar Trago is a unique shopping and leisure park that is the perfect place for those looking to pick up a memento of their stay. Leisure facilities: shared use of the outdoor gated swimming pool (End May End September). This single storey former dairy barn sits adjacent to the owners farmhouse and offers ONE: double with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob fridge with ice compartment dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: small courtyard area with seating. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 12.5 miles pub and shop 1 mile.
