If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

With a wide range of footpaths and open countryside on the doorstep this is the perfect base for a couple looking to escape it all. The lounge/diner is a stunning light and airy space with exposed beams lining a vaulted ceiling. A pretty dresser and comfortable sofa sit at either side of an antique coffee table while a woodburner (first basket of logs included) nearby for those chilly evenings. An inviting space to watch films on the TV with DVD player. The kitchen is compact yet stylish with an American-style fridge/freezer and a door opening out to the garden. Here you will find an electric oven and hob washing machine and dishwasher. The stunning master bedroom is a stylish and calming space with a double bed dressing table hair dryer and storage. The beautifully designed en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath basin WC heated towel rail and fluffy bath towels. Outside the cottage a cafe-style table and chairs sit on a pretty patio area. Here guests can enjoy a summer BBQ before taking a dip in the hot tub available between the hours of 9am-5pm or heated swimming pool located at the end of the garden which is open for use from May until September between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
