We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Set in a laid back village location by the village church equidistant from the picturesque towns of Somerton and Street they provide the perfect setting for enjoying rural Somerset. Venture out and visit Wells our smallest city and walk through the cobbled streets to the gothic Cathedral and Bishop s Palace or slightly further afield to Bath with its Roman baths and spa. Nearby Glastonbury also offers perfect hiking terrain around the Tor or a visit to Bristol with its wide array of shops and restaurants. For those seeking fresh air and relaxation the coastline of North Somerset is also easily accessible and offers a range of beaches. Other attractions in the area include the Mulberry outlet store Clarks Village Cheddar Gorge Wookey Hole Caves the Hauser & Wirth gallery Longleat Safari Park Babbington House and the National Trust Stourhead. Leisure facilities: enjoy use of the shared hot-tub facility. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: pub walking distance sandy beach at Burnham-on-Sea 20 miles and selection of pubs and village shops in Somerton 4 miles. The first floor apartment is arranged over two levels with sloping ceilings throughout and offers ONE bedroom: with super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower attachment on bath and WC Jack and Jill style with access to bedroom and lounge. Lounge/diner: cosy room with TV/DVD and dining table on the first floor. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer and microwave on the ground floor. Outside: enclosed pretty patio area with decking garden furniture and BBQ. Additional info: guests are able to use the owner s washing machine by arrangement. Regret no infants.
