We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property HEATED INDOOR POOL CHARMING VILLAGE LOCATION WITH A GOOD PUB A SHORT WALK Renovated to a good standard and neighbouring the owners home a warm welcome awaits yet privacy is assured. The setting is perfect you will have unlimited access to the shared heated indoor swimming pool the delightful 1 acre landscape garden and will be a 2 minute walk to the village pub. A short drive away are the towns of Glastonbury Street Wells and Taunton; a little further out lies Bath and Exmoor National Park. There are many National Trust properties in the surrounding area museums and attractions to suit all tastes. You will be approximately a 45 minute drive to the world heritage coast of Dorset and the seaside towns of Lyme Regis Weymouth and West Bay. It also makes a perfect place from which to explore the Somerset Levels Quantock and Blackdown Hills which offer picturesque walks cycling and fishing. Leisure facilities: shared indoor heated swimming pool open all year round with no time restrictions and with changing rooms shared with the B&B guests onsite. Shared games room with snooker table. The accommodation is set over two levels and offers ONE bedroom: double with TV and en-suite wet floor shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with open fire (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD on the first floor. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric cooker microwave and fridge. Outside: a door from the dining area leads onto a decked area with seating and BBQ. Guests can also enjoy the delightful 1 acre landscape garden surrounding the owner s detached farmhouse. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome further by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Additional info: washing machine is conveniently located in an external cupboard next to the front door. Location: Village community shop and pub within walking distance.
