We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DELIGHTFUL PROPERTY WITH RSPB NATURE RESERVE CLOSE BY REGRET NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN This charming annexe has been lovingly furnished in an antique romantic style. The owners live next door but your privacy is assured and the property has a private garden and separate access to the public footbath that leads to the sought after village of North Curry. Its central location makes this property perfect for visiting both coastlines including pretty Watchet and Blue Anchor to the North and to the popular seaside towns of Seaton Lyme Regis and Sidmouth to the South. Taunton is within a few miles and offers an extensive shopping mix restaurants and leisure facilities the historic towns of Glastonbury and Wells are both within a 30 minute drive and the stunning cathedral city of Exeter is under an hour away by car. Other attractions within easy reach including Exmoor National Park Clarks Village The Quantock Hills West Somerset Steam Railway and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom pretty double room. Bathroom: with feature roll-top bath with electric shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD with iPod dock stereo antique record player (a selection of records are provided but feel free to bring your own too) wood burner effect electric fire and views across the owner s garden to the fields beyond. Kitchen: with electric double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: lovely enclosed cottage garden accessed via 3 steps with summer house with seating and patio area with garden furniture. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 small or 1 medium sized dog welcome. Location: pub village shop and Post Office all within walking distance in North Curry.
