We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Nestling on the owners 9 acre smallholding and with easy access to public footpaths it provides a great taste of rural life. The village of North Curry is much sought after and boasts a popular public house restaurant and coffee shop. Taunton is a few miles away and offers extensive shopping restaurants and leisure facilities. The properties are centrally located for visiting both coastlines to the north you will find Weston-Super-Mare and to the South the popular towns of Seaton Lyme Regis and Exmouth. Attractions within easy reach include Exmoor National Park Clarks Village The Quantock Hills West Somerset Steam Railway the historic towns of Glastonbury and Wells and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens. The detached accommodation arranged on one level offers ONE bedroom: king-size with TV. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC.
