We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Sinderby is a great base to explore as it s on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park which is stunningly beautiful in all seasons and ideal for nature lovers cyclists and walkers. The cities of York and Leeds Durham and Harrogate are a short driving distance from Sinderby providing an abundance of attractions. Families will enjoy local attractions nearby such as Eden Camp The Forbidden Corner Lightwater Valley Monk Park Farm World of James Harriot museums and many historic castles and abbeys. Leisure facilities: Walks through owners farmland on designated route (ask owner for details) guests are welcome to collect their own eggs from the hen pen. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Location: shop 3 miles and pub 1 mile. Arrival time: 3pm. The semi-detached converted barn on one level offers ONE bedroom: king-size zip-and-link (if twin is required please request at time of making booking) with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom: with shower over luxury spa bath and WC. Bath robes provided. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs provided additional logs can be purchased at an extra charge) and TV/DVD. Kitchen area with range electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. 1 dog welcome.
